Keith Richards | $500 Million

Keith Richards is best known for being part of one of the most iconic rock and roll bands of all time: The Rolling Stones. His bandmate, Mick Jagger, has been Richard’s friend ever since they were kids. Though they lost touch with one another after the Richards family moved away, a chance meeting on a train brought the two back together. Soon enough they met fellow bandmates and created The Rolling Stones, signing with Decca Records. It was Richards and Jagger who wrote most of their songs, which earned them the nickname “Glimmer Twins”.

Aside from his time with his band, Richards also pursued a solo career. He also worked in producing songs for other musicians such as Aretha Franklin, Ronnie Spector, and even Johnnie Johnson just to name a few. He has also used his investment money on his own record label. Richards was also featured in the film The Pirates of the Caribbean where he portrayed Captain Jack Sparrow’s dad.
