Dakota Johnson | Melanie Griffith & Don Johnson’s Daughter
Dakota Johnson is the daughter of Hollywood actress Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson. She made her film debut at age 10 in Crazy in Alabama in 1999, and in 2010, Dakota was cast in a minor role for the biographical drama movie The Social Network. Supporting roles followed in 21 Jump Street, The Five-Year-Engagement, Goats, and How to Be Single. She landed her lead role in the horror film Suspiria in 2018.
Dakota starred in the 2015 trilogy film Fifty Shades in which she was credited with a BAFTA Rising Star Award nomination the following year. The actress then appeared in Black Mass, A Bigger Splash, and the romantic comedy How to Be Single. Apart from her acting career, Dakota is also a tattoo enthusiast. She was also named by Gucci as its brand ambassador and became a co-creative director and investor of the brand Maude.
