Courteney Cox has been enjoying her success in the industry since the 1990s. As we all know, she is widely known for being part of the main cast of the classic sitcom Friends. She is currently in her late 50s and spends her days in her home in Malibu. However, this isn’t her first home in the famous beach area. During the 2000s, she and her former husband, David Arquette, owned a mega-mansion in the area.

In 2007, Cox listed their property for $33.5 million. A staggering asking price, but not surprising considering the home’s size and luxurious amenities. The main house is over 5,550 square feet big with 80 feet of beach frontage. The four-bedroom mansion also has amazing ocean views from every room. It was designed by esteemed architect John Lautner and considered one of the best modernist homes of its generation.
