This explains why Clooney can afford multiple real-estate properties, which includes a luxurious home in Lake Como, Italy. Called Villa Oleandra, Clooney purchased the 18th-century home for only $13.5 million in 2001. Today, it now costs $100 million, which Clooney may collect if he ever decided to sell it. The home features 25 rooms, an outdoor pool, tennis courts, a garage, a gym, and a massive collection of vintage motorbikes.
