MORGAN FREEMAN | MISSISSIPPI RANCH | UNDISCLOSED

Unlike some of the big names in Hollywood, veteran actor Morgan Freeman prefers a private life in his hometown of Mississippi. Although not much is known about the actor’s ranch home, we can easily guess that it probably cost millions. The size alone is a massive 124-acre piece of land, and the house is itself is palatial. Credit to Freeman for preferring a home that is as close to his origins and as nature-friendly as possible.

A couple of years ago, the actor also shared his life for bees. He converted his ranch into a bee sanctuary. The 84-year-old beekeeper started his hobby in 2014, which slowly expand through his sprawling ranch home. In an interview with Jimmy Fallon, he stated the need for preserving and saving wild bees for a healthier environment. A couple of years ago, he had a total of 26 beehives imported from Arkansas to his Mississippi ranch. The bees help Freeman plant different types of plants such as lavender, magnolia trees, and clover.
