Diaz and Madden lived in the Coldwater Canyon residence that once belonged to fellow Hollywood actress Candace Bergen, but they decided to move to a new home. Other famous residents of their neighborhood include John Mayer, Vin Diesel, and Gene Simmons. The pair reportedly paid the high asking price in full, and it’s not surprising that they have that amount of cash to spare since they have a combined net worth of $180 million. The compound spans 1.7 acres of land and offers privacy for the celebrity duo in the form of a home security system and gates.
