Theron’s former Malibu home cost her about $3.5 million, which she bought in 2003 from actor Steven Weber. It is located in the private area of La Costa Beach. The living space is 2,095 square feet and hosts three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. Its overall theme is of Mediterranean-style design with hints of modern elements. With high ceilings and an extravagant lanai, the actress can relax and enjoy a private getaway in this beach house. However, she eventually decided to have the place rented out for $50,000 per month and then sold it for over $6.5 million to actor Ryan Murphy.
