The Training Day star bought the 2.13-acre estate $2.67 million from Disney executive Michael Eisner back in 1992. It’s quite a steal considering that the property nowadays can be valued at over $16 million. Its main living area is 28,887 square feet in size and hosts 14 bathrooms and eight bedrooms. A palatial estate indeed and it also has a massive pool. It is surrounded by lush greenery for added privacy but the property itself is located at the very private Beverly Park gated community. Apart from this, Washington also owns an apartment in New York worth over $13 million and a house in Toluca Lake worth $1.1 million.
