MICHAEL JORDAN | CHICAGO | $14.8 MILLION

Michael Jordan is a legend not only in Chicago, having played for the Bulls, but also across the globe. The Basketball Hall of Famer is also one of the wealthiest athletes in the world. As such, it is natural that he would have multiple property investments to his name.

Although, among his properties, there is one that is gaining a bit of notoriety. It is his Chicago estate, now listed for $14.8 million, which he has been trying to liquidate since 2012. It was his home during the early 1990s. The property hosts 9 bedrooms and 19 bathrooms. Some speculate that Jordan is having a hard time selling the property because he had parts of the estate custom-built to his likings. The gate itself displays a large number ’23’, a homage to his former jersey number. It includes an infinity pool, a tennis court, and a putting green with his brand flag sticks. And of course, it has a basketball court with a Nike Jumpman logo.
