The property was one of Anderson’s prime investments, located at the super-exclusive Malibu Colony. She originally bought the house back in 2000 for $1.8 million. She also spent over $8 million customizing the beach house over the years. It is fitted with glass walls with an open kitchen and living area. The house also hosts three bedrooms, with the master suite having a private balcony with panoramic views. Moreover, it has a platinum-tiled swimming pool, an outside bar and entertainment area, a gated pathway to the lagoon, and a vegetable garden.
